Local tax in year 2023: 597 HUF / person / night (above 18 years)
- Half board: 3000 HUF / person / meal,
- Dog and cat surcharge: 5000 HUF / night,
- Parking: 2000 HUF / car / night.
Cancellation policy:
1. If the hotel has not specified other conditions in its offer, the cancellation and modification conditions are as follows:
- in case of cancellation within 3 days before the confirmed arrival day, the fee is 50% of the whole reservation
2. If the Contractory Party is a business organization (including business associations, social organizations, churches, local governments, local government institutions, public organizations and their institutions, etc.), then the Contractor / Customer must pay to the Service Provider, even, when the guest acting on behalf of the contracting party will be charged directly for the accommodation fee.
3. If the Contracting Party has provided the accommodation services with advance payment and does not arrive on the day of arrival (no written cancellation is received), the Service Provider shall validate the total amount of the advance payment -specified in the Contract- as a penalty. In this case, the accommodation will be reserved to the Contractor till the arrival day following day until 12.00 noon and then the Service Provider's obligation will be terminated at 18.00 noon, according to local time.
4. If a Contracting Party does not provide the accommodation with advance payment, credit card guarantee or other contractual arrangements, the Service Provider's service obligation will be terminated after 18:00 local time on the day of arrival.
5. If the guest has begun to use a pre-booked accommodation but abandons the hotel stay, the hotel has the right to validate the accommodation fee by the whole booked period.
